Graindaddys is a family owned and operated custom woodworking shop out of Oviedo, Florida. We specialize in turning barn wood and rough sawn lumber into fine furniture. Building the highest quality furniture for the best price is what we're known for. But, we also sell hard and soft wood lumber to the public, as well as beams, live edge slabs, barnwood and many other varieties of wood. We take a lot of pride in what we do, and we love building things that are going to last generations. Graindaddys Custom Woodworks is capable of building anything you can think of. We have the highest quality woodworking machinery and countless years of knowledge. No job is too big or small. SERVICES
reclaimed lumber
We hand pick all of our reclaimed or barnwood lumber. We stock hand hewn beams, 4/4, and 8/4 reclaimed wood, and other various peices of wood from old barns and cabins. Our wood is ran through a bug kill process inside of a kiln to get rid of any bugs, eggs, or moisture. We also de-nail it making it furniture ready without the chances of any warp or cracks after the furniture is built.
Fine Furniture
We take a lot of pride in our furniture. Built traditionally like it was 150 years ago, using the best woodworking machines as well as hand crafted. Our methods and techniques of furniture building ensure generations of use, and stand the test of time. We spend a lot of attention towards detail and ensure that the highest quality is always provided.
Lumber sales / Milling
We provide new hard and soft woods to the public, as well as exotic and domestic wood species. We also carry live edge slabs in many varieties, and if we don't have it in stock we can get any type of wood/log to cut the slabs you desire. We also provide sawmill services, whether you need a couple of boards planed down or cut in half, to big custom orders. Our prices are the best around, so be sure to check with us !
